2027 Technology Program Intern

Interns join a structured programme that mixes project work with classroom sessions, workshops and networking events. You will work under a supervisor's direction, using judgment within set limits while learning the function, its policies and compliance needs. The role is aimed at pre-final-year engineering students graduating between March and August 2028.

What you'll do

• Take part in the formal internship programme, including workshops built around low-complexity initiatives
• Attend classroom training, self-study modules, networking sessions and other programme events
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies and procedures on low-risk tasks with narrow impact
• Work under a supervisor's direction, using judgment within set limits while learning the function, its policies and compliance needs
• Share updates and information with managers, colleagues and stakeholders

• 6+ months of work experience, or the equivalent shown through any mix of work experience, training, military experience or education
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Expected graduation between March 2028 and August 2028
• Availability for a summer internship from May 2027 to August 2027

• Strong logical and analytical thinking with a systematic approach to problems
• Strong programming in Java, C#, SQL and Python
• Understanding of the software development life cycle
