What we keep, and why
Short version: we only keep what helps us show you the right jobs. We never sell your data or share it with companies. You can delete it anytime.
Without an account
You can browse, search and check your fit without signing up. Your saved jobs and quick profile stay in your own browser. We set one anonymous cookie so the "Did they call back?" votes count each person once.
With an account

| Resume text | Your browser reads the words in your PDF so each job page can show which of its keywords your resume is missing. Only the plain text is stored. |
| Alerts sent | Which jobs we already emailed you, so you don't get the same one twice. Cleared after 60 days. |
| Your board | Saved, applied and heard-back jobs, so they follow you to any device. |
We don't record which jobs you click Apply on. Applying happens on the company's own website.
Your controls
- Edit your profile or replace your resume anytime.
- Download everything we store about you as a file.
- Deactivate: we log you out and pause your account. Logging in again turns it back on.
- Delete: we permanently remove your account, profile, resume and board.
