Got an offer, still no joining date?
You're not the only one. Freshers share how long they waited, company by company, so the next person knows what to expect.

What to do while you wait
- Keep applying and interviewing. An offer letter without a joining date is not a start date.
- Don't resign or turn down other offers until you have a written joining date from the company.
- Trust only the company's official email domain and candidate portal. No real company charges a fee to confirm, "speed up" or reserve your joining. If someone asks, it's a scam: call 1930.
- Keep your documents ready (mark sheets, degree or provisional certificate, ID) and check your official email and the company portal regularly.
- If your HR contact goes quiet, write to the official careers email or helpdesk listed on the company's own website.
This is general information from other freshers' experience, not legal advice. Wait times here are what people reported, not what a company promises.
