What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions
• Provide real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow
• Streamline billing processes from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing
• Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers
• Apply unapplied cash and handle the reconciliation of suspense accounts
• Work in rotational shifts as required by the role
